Job description
This is a permanent contract in the Faculties Finance Business Partnering Team. The post holder will be responsible to the Deputy Director of Financial Planning & Performance (Academic), as part of the team ensuring that high quality admin support is provided to academic and financial departments within the faculties.
The successful candidate will be a fully integrated member of the team working closely with the Faculties Management Accountants and Finance Business Partner. Overall responsibilities will include monitoring Faculty Finance email inboxes, reconciliations, processing journals and invoice requests.
Strong communication skills are necessary to liaise with colleagues and academic staff, must be numerate with excellent organisation skills to ensure the smooth running of the daily operational tasks.
