We are looking for an ambitious and strategic fundraiser with a proven track record of raising significant funds from businesses, charities or trusts and foundations. This is a part-time role to secure funding to support the work of the CSF UNHCR Designer in Residence with refugees in 4 African countries. The role requires a self-starting and proactive approach, excellent communication and networking skills and an ability to present compelling arguments to influence and negotiate successful outcomes.
Centre for Sustainable Fashion (CSF) is a University of the Arts Research, Knowledge Exchange and Education Centre based at London College of Fashion (LCF). We engage in participatory design and transformation design practices to act on the climate, societal and personal healthand equity crisis in and through fashion. We seek to develop agency and capabilities in those involved in fashion to critically respond, adapt and transform fashion into restorative practices and cultures.

You will possess a minimum of three years in developing and managing diverse fundraising portfolios, an ability to build strong relationships with funders and businesses at a senior level and a thorough understanding of fundraising techniques, ideally in relations to human rights and/ or refugees.
A good communicator, able to write clear, concise and compelling proposals, you will have strong leadership and decision-making skills, as well as an ability to cultivate perseverance in yourself and others.
