With a team of over 50 dedicated professionals, we pride ourselves on not only meeting but exceeding the expectations of the modern traveler.What’s the Gig?As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the superhero who keeps everything in tip-top shape. From fixing things that go bump in the night to making sure our spaces look fabulous, you’ll be a key player in our hospitality dream team.Tasks

• You will be working onsite with a small team of technicians, coordinating maintenance projects
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance in our many guest apartments in and around Vienna
• Setting up furniture, taking over minor maintenance and repair tasks
• Processing and handling tickets in our ticketing system
• Transparent and close cooperation with guests and an internal team of technicians and property managers

Requirements

• Basic know-how in fixing stuff (electrical, plumbing, HVAC – you name it!).
• Some hands-on maintenance experience is great, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are even better.
• Familiarity with working on a computer with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and systems
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Austria
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team, working closely with guests, contractors & colleagues

Openness to occasionally work on weekends if needed * A B driver’s license is required

• Fluency in English, and German is a plus
