Description

Open to interesting research ideas in GaAs and GaN monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) design and modelling including radiation effects.

Successful candidate will be eligible for a security clearance

Availability

This scholarship is available to eligible candidates to undertake a direct entry 3-year PhD program.

Scholarship Components

The Heimlich scholarship is comprised of a Tuition Fee Offset and a Living Allowance Stipend funded by Analog Devices via the MAD Lab. The value and tenure of the scholarship is a full time stipend rate of $50,000 per annum (fixed rate) for up to 3 years.

How to Apply

– New applicants to Macquarie University

  • MUST complete the Online HDR Candidature and Scholarship Application via the Online Application System and arrange for two academic referee reports to be submitted to the Graduate Research Academy.
