• Development of new technologies with a focus on Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
• Drive artificial intelligence initiatives (such as Predictive and Generative AI)
• Collaborate with the IT team on dedicated generative AI and software development projects
• Design and develop cutting edge AI assistants using large language models
• Create innovative applications in Generative AI incorporating the latest RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques
• Independent coordination between clients and all project stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed higher technical education (FH, University) in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence and 2-3 years of work experience preferred
• Knowledge of developing Python-based applications and web services or frameworks like FastAPI
• Experienced in leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to build innovative solutions and enhance application functionalities
• Proficient in handling structured and unstructured data, relational (e.g. MS SQL) and non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB)
• Independent, responsible and proactive personality combined with excellent communication and cooperation skills in German and English
