Machine Learning Developer (m/w/d)LaakirchenFulltime1 to 4 years professional experienceResponsibilities
- Development of new technologies with a focus on Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
- Drive artificial intelligence initiatives (such as Predictive and Generative AI)
- Collaborate with the IT team on dedicated generative AI and software development projects
- Design and develop cutting edge AI assistants using large language models
- Create innovative applications in Generative AI incorporating the latest RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques
- Independent coordination between clients and all project stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed higher technical education (FH, University) in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence and 2-3 years of work experience preferred
- Knowledge of developing Python-based applications and web services or frameworks like FastAPI
- Experienced in leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to build innovative solutions and enhance application functionalities
- Proficient in handling structured and unstructured data, relational (e.g. MS SQL) and non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Independent, responsible and proactive personality combined with excellent communication and cooperation skills in German and English

For this position we offer a minimum payment of 59,800 € /year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay.
