Responsibilities:
• Ensure the continuity, quality, and reliability of ERP-enabled business processes and services, in close coordination with KMIT and process owners.
• Analyze, document, and continuously improve Finance and Operations business processes, ensuring alignment with institutional frameworks and ERP project objectives.
• Ensure that all changes to the ERP and related systems are properly diagnosed, documented, tested, and reviewed before application.
• Build staff capacity through training, documentation, and continuous support to ERP business users.
• In close coordination and collaboration with ERP team, maintain ERP system operations, ensuring the continuity and quality of business processes and services.
• Provide first-level and/or second-level support for service requests related to ERP Financials and Supply Chain business processes.
• Assist in and ensure that any changes to the ERP and related systems are properly diagnosed, and that any request for change is documented.
• Test core functionalities, new enhancements, and production defect resolutions.
• As required, provide daily operations support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the ERP systems, ensuring system availability, reliability, and security.
• Conduct business process analysis, identify areas for improvement and optimization, and develop and implement business process improvement initiatives.
• Act as intermediary between stream leads, process owners, ERP team, and implementation partners in mapping processes and identifying areas of improvement.
• Facilitate meetings among stakeholders, including representatives from the Country Offices — and document such meetings following institutional frameworks and standards.
• Monitor the impact and outcomes of implemented business processes.
• Assist in documenting current and future state business processes using business process modeling tools and standards.
• Maintain current business processes in the Microsoft Lifecycle business process model and keep up to date with Microsoft’s business process documentation.
• Update business process registers in the MAVIM tool.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, or Informatics with specialization in Business Systems (Master’s degree preferred).
• Accounting certification is a must.
• 3 to 5 years of experience, with in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365 or a samelevel ERP.
• Specialized knowledge of and expertise in Finance & Operations (F&O) processes.
• Knowledge of key financial and logistics concepts, including IT application controls and risks.
• Demonstrated working experience handling ERP change management projects.
• Ability to analyze complex data, carry out and explain computations, and resolve complex problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills; English minimum B2 and Spanish minimum B2+.
• Proficiency in standard software at an advanced level, including minor programming using macros, customized reports, and presentations.
