Physical Requirements Requires handling of average weights or objects up to 25 pounds with some sitting, standing, or walking.
Shift Monday through Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30pm
Job Summary This position will provide a variety of services aimed at improving the care for patients seen at the Wellington Way and Gill infusion centers. The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary team who is responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. This position will provide patient care specific to disease management including skilled assessments, care plans and care plan implementation, evaluations or clinical interventions, and infusion administration.
