Our manufacturing client in the Mississauga area is looking for a hands-on, people-focused Logistics Manager to run our warehouse operations, keep inventory tight, and make sure products get where they need to go—on time, every time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support our warehouse and storeroom team
Set goals, track KPIs, and keep operations running efficiently
Build processes and make improvements that move the business forward
Monitor materials and ensure accurate transaction records
Oversee cycle counts and fix discrepancies
Make smart layout and space decisions to maximize storage
Plan delivery schedules and drop shipments
Coordinate with brokers, LTL/FTL carriers, couriers, and other partners
Work closely with suppliers and customers to keep things on time and cost-effective
Hire, train, mentor, and coach warehouse/logistics staff
Provide feedback, handle escalations, and manage performance
Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Support budgeting and cost management
Prepare reports for senior management
Stay up to date with logistics trends and bring forward new ideas

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field
2–5+ years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
ERP experience (Epicor is a bonus!)
Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, and inventory management
