Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Could you be the full-time Logistic Support Analysis Engineer (f/m/d) in Vienna we’re looking for?Your Future RoleFrom Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity(tm) tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You’ll report to Franz Santner, Services Engineering Manager, and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.We’ll look to you for:

  • Develop logistic support plans in collaboration with engineering team
  • Analyze and forecast supply chain requirements to ensure the availability of spare parts and other logistic resources
  • Perform detailed analyses to ensure the supportability and maintainability of equipment and systems
  • Create and update technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and spare parts catalogs, ensuring all documents comply with industry standards and client requirements
  • Evaluate new designs and modifications for their impact on logistical support and maintenance, providing recommendations to improve supportability and reduce lifecycle costs
  • Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analyses to support effective maintenance planning
  • Calculating Life Cycle Costs to predict and reduce the total cost of ownership

  • Degree in Electrical or Elecronics Engineering is mandatory
  • Fluency both in German and English language
