Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), providing specialized care for patients who require close monitoring but do not need intensive care unit-level support.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients’ conditions regularly and develop personalized care plans tailored to their medical needs.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs closely, and adjust treatments according to patient responses under physician guidance.
  • Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track patient progress effectively.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management and smooth transitions of care.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment regimens, recovery processes, and discharge planning.
  • Create accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions provided, and outcomes achieved in medical records systems.

Work Environment:

  • This role is based in hospital PCUs serving patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring intermediate-level monitoring and support.
  • The position requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle dynamic healthcare situations calmly.
