Library Information Access Officer

Classification: ANU Officer Level 4 (Administration)

Salary package: $67,731- $73,278 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Terms: Full time, continuing

Position overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Information Access Officer who is client-focused and thrives on delivering high-quality user services to the ANU community. This position will play an important role in assisting with the coordination of service delivery of face-to-face and virtual Library services. You will also ensure accurate and timely statistical collation that is informative and tells a clear story about our services. This position works across Library branches, participating in rostered online and face-to-face shifts, answering routine enquiries, and assisting Library users with the operation of equipment. Experience with relevant software applications, well developed organisational and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to work effectively as a team-member are all essential requirements. Knowledge of library user services and functions is highly regarded together with relevant work experience.
