We work in a proactive, fast-paced Customer Service environment, providing a front-facing service together with online customer interactions and we’re looking for people to join our team.

We have two full time posts available (35 hours per week); the post will include one evening till 7pm every week and a requirement to work Saturdays on a rota basis.

We are hosting an open day for potential candidates. This is optional and not part of the assessment process. It is an opportunity to meet some of our Library Assistants to find out more about the role, and our HR department will be on hand to provide guidance on the application process.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited week commencing 12th December 2022 to attend an interview and complete a short task.
Hybrid working is offered for this role, while you will work most of your time on campus you may work a small proportion remotely. We recognise the benefits and importance of an environment that supports flexible working and are open to conversations about this throughout the application process.

In recognition of staff contributions to the University’s achievements during the 2021/2022 academic year, an additional discretionary payment of 2% per annum will be added to your salary until 31/07/23 in order to ensure consistency amongst existing and incoming staff. This additional 2% will be paid pro rata in equal monthly installments, on top of your salary each month until 31/07/23.
