Summary of Duties:
The primary responsibilities of this position are repository maintenance, mending, thermabinding, physical serials processing, binding, and newspapers.
Required Qualifications
High school graduation or equivalent and three years’ experience in the functional operations of a library or archives.
Equivalent education or experience will substitute.
Some library experience beyond the entry level is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Alma or equivalent Library management systems; working knowledge of MARC 21 format for holdings standards.
Working knowledge of automated binding program (e.g. ABLE).
Working knowledge of mending practices.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Monthly Salary: Range #39 $3,167 – $4,117 (Step A through L ) Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
