• Licensing and procurement of electronic (literature) resources, including budget monitoring, contract negotiations, and representation of IT:U Library in the “Kooperation E-Medien Österreich” (KEMÖ)
• Supplier and publisher management, evaluation of offers, contract negotiations, and management of open-access licenses
• Indexing and managing electronic resources, metadata management, inventory tracking
• Second-level support for library users and related general administrative tasks (e.g., card management, fee accounting, statistics)
• Teaching information literacy in collaboration with the IT:U Writing Center

Your Profile:

• Completed academic education
• Experience in licensing electronic resources or completed training as a librarian
• Strong communication, cooperation, and organizational skills
• Excellent IT skills and experience with library software (ALMA)
• Very good German and English skills
