This is an exciting opportunity to support the Academic Health Sciences System for the Liverpool City Region, Liverpool Health Partners (LHP), which provides a Joint Research Service as a Single Point of Access for Research and Knowledge (SPARK). The University of Liverpool invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the role of LHP SPARK Research Officer. Reporting to the Head of SPARK on a day-to-day basis you will assist with clinical research grant applications, working closely with the Chief Investigators at the University of Liverpool and other LHP organisations.
You will be expected to develop NHS costings that accurately reflect a study¿s patient pathway and support the review, validation and approvals process of costings prior to grant submission. You will engage with multiple stakeholders (academic, NHS and commercial) and build and maintain effective relationships in order to ensure a seamless service to the local academic and clinical communities.
