Word Processing SpecialistOur client, a leading mid-sized law firm centrally located on Long Island is seeking a Word Processing Specialist with heavy litigation experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Responsibilities include:

• Straight Type and Edits
• Use of Firm Macros
• Experience with NetDocs a MUST
• Experience with Kofax PDF Functions
• Pleading Preparation
• Conversion of Documents from PDF to Word
• Extensive Formatting using Heading Styles
• Inserting TOC and TOA (Litera-Best Authority)
• Winscribe Transcription
• Create and Edit Spreadsheets
• Create and Edit PowerPoint Presentations

Hybrid HoursMonday-Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pmMinimum 3 days a week in office2 days a week remotely
