WHAT’S YOUR DAY LIKE?As a Legal Intake Paralegal, you’ll spend your days conducting legal interviews, supporting clients with document preparation, and speaking with clients to gather relevant information. We are a company that values and invests in your future!WHAT’S NEEDED FROM A LEGAL INTAKE PARALEGAL?We’re looking for someone who can work full-time, Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour work schedule located at our Draper office while meeting the following qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, social work, or related field
• Certification as a paralegal from an accredited program OR a current social service worker license
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a legal or client support role
• Strong knowledge of client procedures and law firm expectations
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and maintain detailed records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of empathy, patience, compassion, and problem-solving abilities
