Our client, a leading provider in the legal services industry, is seeking a Legal Document Server to join their team. As a Legal Document Server, you will be part of the operations team supporting our field team of process servers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Legal Document (Subpeona) ServerLocation: Santa Ana, CAPay Range: $28.00 – $30.00/hrWhat’s the Job?

• Review proofs of service for completion and extract additional information to update our system.
• Process attempted serves and follow up with servers that have not submitted proofs of service.
• Act as the point person for field servers, providing guidance via phone, text, or email for serves currently in the field.
• Assist in contacting process servers in areas lacking coverage and set up service for new records and subpoena requests.

What’s Needed?

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field or role.
• Strong understanding of the process serving industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using office software and systems for documentation and communication.
