Your mission

• Support Senior Legal Counsel in her role as Legal Business Partner with focus on contract review and management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate supply, procurement and Capex agreements ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Advise on IP matters, such as R&D and license agreements and the related antitrust law implications.
• Assist resolving in contractual disputes and claims, closely working with the internal teams, and external legal counsel, as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on industry-specific regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal stakeholder, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in law
• 2-3 years of full-time work experience in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department, with focus on contracts and IP
• Extensive knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements
• Basic knowledge of intellectual property law (patents) and antitrust law
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and German, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills in complex legal matters.

• We offer a compensation package starting at € 47,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
