Our law firm is seeking an organized self-starter to join our team as a legal case manager and work alongside attorneys to achieve clients’ goals. We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Our ideal applicant will have experience in case management and can provide optimal customer service. The ideal candidate will enhance the effectiveness of the firm by providing reliable and consistent client support.Responsibilities:

• Timely and Effective Client communication
• Manage, update, and organize client files with all incoming pertinent information
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assist client’s navigation through the process of their case
• Communication with insurance companies and other third-party vendors
• Provide assistance with Property damage
• Collaborate with attorney and case assistant on case work up

• Familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
• 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury Law with a focus on Slip and Fall incidents
• Some litigation experience is a plus.
