The Opportunity:

Lecturers deliver an excellent teaching and learning experience to our students, as well as leading on module development, assessment, and standardisation, ensuring that defined learning objectives are met.  In addition to this, Senior Lecturers ensure the efficient and effective delivery of programmes, and provide line management to our Lecturers, including supporting professional development of the team.  They are also involved in leading on project work within the school.  

About You:   

You will hold a masters or equivalent in your area of expertise, and have or be willing to gain a recognised HE teaching qualification.  You will be experienced in current and effective teaching, learning and assessment practices in Higher Education, and be able to bring your knowledge and understanding to Arden to contribute to the growth of our programmes and provide excellent student outcomes. We are looking for creative and inspiring lecturers who can evidence delivery of successful teaching and learning  experiences.

For Senior Lecturer, you will also need to be able to demonstrate experience of supporting academic staff CPD, and developing individuals in their roles, along with experience of leading on project work.  You will also need experience commensurate with the grade of the role.
