Who are we looking for?
Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer
to join School of Management, Faculty of Business and Law, Academic Division.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the research and teaching capacity of the School of Management, producing impactful papers in leading international, peer-reviewed journals and demonstrating ability or potential to bring in research grant income.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of teaching and learning excellence in the area of human resource management and/or management, including using blended and online delivery methods to provide an outstanding student learning experience.
This position reports to the Head of School, School of Management for supervision, workload management and for Performance Planning and Review (PPR).

What you need to succeed
You will demonstrate:
1. Completion of a doctoral qualification in a relevant business discipline area.
2. Demonstrated ability in teaching and learning, including scholarly and innovative approaches to teaching and learning and the successful supervision of higher degree research students.
3. Demonstrated ability to successfully engage in a high performance, dynamic, fast-paced culture of engaged business oriented research and practice.
4. Record of excellent engaged and impactful research/scholarship as evidenced by publications in top tier business journals, acquisition of research funds, completion of research projects and supervision of HDR students.
5. Proven ability to effectively work as part of a team and build productive relationships with colleagues.

Remuneration: Total remuneration range: $AUD119,829 to $AUD142,312 pa (LEVB) OR $AUD146,798 to $AUD169,288 (LEVC) inclusive of $AUD101,257 to $AUD120,255 pa salary (LEVB) OR
inclusive of $AUD124,046 to $AUD143,050 pa salary (LEVC), 17% superannuation and leave loading)
