The Opportunity

The Department of Physiotherapy within the School of Primary & Allied Health Care (SPAHC) is seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Lecturer, Physiotherapy to contribute to the teaching effort of the Masters of Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapy Practice, a specialism within the Master of Advanced Health Care Practice (MAHCP), a post graduate qualification for practising physiotherapists working in paediatrics.

This position will also oversee paediatric content within our entry to practice courses and will coordinate the department’s suite of paediatric short courses enabling upskilling of physiotherapists in paediatric practice via online education.

The Lecturer, Physiotherapy is also expected to play a role in scholarship, research and/or professional activities.

Ideally, we are seeking someone with a doctoral or masters qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent accreditation and standing. Also, broad knowledge and learning and teaching experience across a range of paediatric clinical areas will ensure your success in this position.

This role is a part-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
