Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach one 3-credit course in Psychology
 

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed or Licensed eligible as a Psychologist in the State of Iowa.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

At least one year teaching experience at the college or university level.

Evidence of experience conducting personality assessments.

Evidence of ability to work with diverse student, faculty and staff populations.
 

Department/Program & College Description:

The Department of Psychology is a part of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and aims to foster an understanding of how humans develop, learn, think, feel, act and relate to one another.  The department consists of nationally and internationally known faculty and psychologists, state of the art laboratories and equipment for conducting research, fully and continuously accredited counseling psychology program and individually supervised clinical training.  Our faculty conduct research in three major areas of psychology:  Cognitive, Social and Counseling.
