• Conducts supervisory, management or nontechnical skills training courses for internal staff.
• Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of proposed training programs.
• Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
• Web-Based Training (create and update interactive trainings with Articulate Storyline)
• Instructs participants in classroom lectures and/or group sessions.
• Training Content (support evaluation of contents)
• Best Known Method – Video creation
• Learning Management system (support of maintenance in LMS system)

Ihr Profil

• Knowledge about Articulate products
• Good English oral and written communication skills
• Able to work with MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment
• Analytical and organizational skills

Who We’re Looking For

• Student of HTL, Branch: Media Technology, Informatics, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• Apprentice Diploma: Branch: Media Technology, Learning & Development
• ~ 3 years of experience in Learning and Training Development

Wir bietenThis position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group D or E depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
