We are seeking to appoint two Digital Learning Designers / Technologists to join the Deakin Centre for Future Defence and National Security. You will support the development and continuous improvement of the Royal Military College – Australia.
The successful candidates will provide learning technology expertise that develops and modernises learning content the Australian Army’s Foundational Capability and Land Combat Capability, and where applicable, to ensure it is contemporary, capable of being delivered at the point and time of need, uses advanced technology where appropriate, is accessible for Army Reservists, and employs learning approaches that will support the goal of obtaining a Future Ready Training System.
These roles will work with the Lead, Digital Learning Technologist and Academic Director to develop the overarching strategy for the use of technology which will support learning outcomes ensuring that content development maintains a contemporary focus aimed at combining learning theory with technology.
Applicants will be required to attain a baseline security clearance as a part of the role.
