• Support students in project planning, including setting milestones and resource allocation
• Foster time management skills by helping students prioritize tasks, create schedules, and meet project deadlines
• Teach conflict resolution strategies to resolve team conflicts and act as a mediator when necessary
• Motivate students to reflect on their progress and continuously improve their skills and project outcomes
• Collaborate with project-involved educators to ensure that the coaching content aligns with the curriculum goals and supports student development

Your Profile:

• Completed academic education and experience in the field of for example coaching, pedagogy, psychology or human resources development
• Experience in guiding learning processes and developing key competencies
• Knowledge of project management and agile methods to best support students in structuring and implementing their projects
• High social competence, strong communication skills and knowledge of didactic methods
• Very good command of English
