Leadership Scholarship Program Supplemental Scholarships

The Leadership Scholarship Program (LSP) began at Arizona State University in 1977 under the direction and leadership of Dr. Christine K. Wilkinson, Senior Vice President and Secretary of ASU. Each year, 25 exceptional student leaders are chosen to participate in LSP, a four-year program that offers these students the opportunity to learn and grow as leaders while giving back to the greater community.

As part of the Leadership Scholarship Program, current students are eligible for additional scholarship opportunities to assist with the cost of their education. These scholarships are made possible by alumni and friends of LSP to support these amazing students.

o Some scholarships require financial need. To be considered for these awards, you MUST file a FAFSA, and it must be on file with ASU Financial Aid and Scholarship Services by the scholarship deadline.

Application information

In the “Additional Documentation” field, you are required to submit two files:
a. Please submit a Word document addressing one of the following prompts:
– For continuing students: Describe how your LSP experience has enhanced your ability to make an impact on ASU and/or the community.
– For entering freshmen ONLY: Describe how you envision LSP enhancing your collegiate experience at ASU.
b. Upload the completed Leadership Scholarship Program Cover page indicating which scholarships you are applying for.
