What You Will Do

  • Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments
  • Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen
  • Leverage computer science technologies to automate structural and aerodynamic processes.

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Engineering: Aerospace, Mechanical, Software, Systems Engineering, or Hard Sciences: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Computer Science, or other related discipline; degree must be obtained between December 2024 – May 30, 2025
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Hands on experience with python, Amazon Cloud Services, and Github
  • Experience building machine learning models

What is my role type?

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is – . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
