I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.Job DescriptionAbout the role:Managing and developing Program, Transformation and Strategy team for Vienna site.Manage Site Strategy and Site roadmap in collaboration with needed stakeholders.Represent Vienna Site in strategic, global and local meetings.Develop BPM and Program focus and improvement in accordance with Vienna SLTHow you will contribute:Is accountable to lead and drive the assigned programsProvides strategic planning leadership by developing program scope and alternatives in accordance and alignment with SLT and key stakeholdersReview and challenge major feasibility studies, designs, and cost / schedule estimates and represent sparring partner for internal partners.Monitor & Control program deliverables using appropriate toolsCoordinate and run program review steering committee meetingPresents and reports monthly the program reflecting the health status according to local/global directions to (senior) management stakeholdersSupports the implementation and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsProvide support, guidance, and training to associated functions to assure deliverables of the program are metAssures alignment within the program, to the corresponding portfolio on strategic goals and deliverablesDrives Business- and Orgnaizational-Transformation within Vienna SiteDrives, runs and maintains Site Master Plan including ownership for complex and most impactful resulting workstreamsIs a key contact to global stakeholders such as Engineering, Strategy Team, Product Teams.What you bring to Takeda:Academic Degree (Diploma / M. Sc./ B. Sc.) or equivalentLanguages: Business fluent proficiency in English & local Language (written and oral)Experience: Multiple years of experience in GMP environment and relevant experience with major stakeholders, e.g., manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, regulatory affairsSolid leadership experienceBroad knowledge of project management methodology and capital portfolio mgt.High communication skills, analytical mind-set, ability to work under pressureGxP/QA knowledgeInnovative thinkingBuilding relationships and teamworkUsed to working in a complex matrix organization.Can establish and coordinate service contracts with external service providersPreferred:Experience with data analysisGood understanding of the pharmaceutical industry not limited to technical aspects onlyStrategic thinkingKey Skills, Abilities, and CompetenciesAn enterprise leader balancing and aligning goals and priorities to meet company objectivesAbility to influence within the organization to drive decisions. alignment, and conflict resolution for complex program issuesStrong strategic thinkingDisplays and drives Takeda culture of Takeda-ism, PTRB, safety, and quality into the organization

The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is 5.538,85 EUR gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry).
