Lead Data Modeller

Job Description:

  • Minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and database design.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts, SQL, data warehousing methodologies, and business intelligence.
  • Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin, IBM Data Architect).
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to data privacy and protection.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects with dynamic priorities..
  • Good to have Banking / BFSI / Capital Markets domain Knowledge.

Experience:

  • 7 plus years of experience in database design and management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor others
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
