About The Role
We’re now seeking to recruit a Programme Coordinator to work as part of our Launchpad team to help develop and manage the coordination of a range of support services for staff and students of the Launchpad programme.
In this key role the successful candidate will act as an initial point of contact for the department triaging enquiries alongside ensuring all communications are answered appropriately. The position will provide a broad range of administrative support across the department, working within a close knit, skilled team to ensure the programme continues its success.
About You
The successful candidate for this role will need to be a pro-active team player who is conscientious and hard-working who actively plays their part in continuing to make Falmouth University a great place to work. It’s a fast-paced environment, we are looking for people who have the energy needed as we execute our ambitious plans. Alongside these core qualities, you’ll be an outstanding administrator with excellent customer service skills.
We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:

  • MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) to an advanced level
  • Experience of working on a range of administrative tasks accurately to deadlines and with excellent attention to detail
  • Recent and relevant experience of working with management on all levels undertaking a wide range of administrative activities in a large organisation.

This is a 10 month fixed-term, full-time, 35 hour per week position working from our Penryn campus, Cornwall.  We offer flexible working arrangements which can be discussed further at interview.
