Applications are invited for the role of laboratory technician to join the Faculty of Science and Engineering’s Technical Services team.
The post-holder will:
- Work with colleagues across the Faculty of Science and Engineering to provide operational support to teaching and research laboratories in the School of Natural Sciences, as part of the Faculty’s Technical Services.
- Provide comprehensive technical support for practical teaching in Physics and other related disciplines, and to support research in vacuum and deposition systems, and lasers and light matter interactions.
Experience of working with vacuum and deposition systems and/or lasers would be an advantage.
The post is full-time; however, a part-time job-share may be available.
