• Maintain Cancer Cell cultures 

• Carry out neural differentiation procedures using previously established protocols

• Prepare samples for RNA sequencing experiments

• Perform Bioinformatics Analysis of Data

• Interpret the results in the context of childhood brain cancer

• Help prepare results for publication.
