Position Overview

Tussock manages hospitality services on the Massey Wellington Campus including a cafe, events & catering. We deliver a range of high-quality café food as well as delivering corporate catering, events, and weddings, on and off-campus.  Check us out here.

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join us.  You will be working with a vibrant team with years of experience, and we have strong foundations in place to support learning and professional development.

Our kitchen primarily operates Monday to Friday from 7am to 2pm, but theres occasionally the requirement to work in the evening or on a weekend for large events.  This position is permanent part-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

You will be responsible for preparing a range of cold items including sandwiches & cabinet food, external catering requirements,  as well as some kitchen hand duties.
