The opportunityWe’re currently looking for a Key Account Manager Fleet (m/w/d). Someone to join our Austrian Sales team in order to drive growth and manage relationships with our fleet customers. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. And someone who doesn’t mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.As a key member of the Austrian Sales team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new fleet customers and supporting existing ones across Upper Austria, Salzburg, Tyrol, and Vorarlberg. You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to reach fleet targets, manage key accounts, and collaborate with our European market teams.This position will be located in Western Austria – preferably Linz or Salzburg.The responsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll be expected to drive fleet sales and maintain strong customer relationships. Working as a member of the Sales team, you’ll be instrumental in achieving our fleet targets and ensuring customer satisfaction and elaborating and implement tactical strategies in the fleet relevant topics.   • Acquisition of new and support of existing national and international fleet customers in Western Austria
  • Responsible for reaching fleet targets
  • Qualification and managing of leads
  • Manage inquiries and tender requests from fleet customers
  • Regular exchange with the fleet teams in the other European markets (e.g., best practice sharing)
  • Manage Key Accounts, Leasing Companies, and other fleet-relevant stakeholders

The ideal candidateIn order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you’ll need to have. A high degree of customer orientation, a mindset for continuous improvement, and the ability to communicate effectively at different levels are also essential, as well as being detail-oriented with good analytical skills.In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar position (Automotive experience is a plus)
  • Excellent German and fluent Business English in writing and spoken
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
