Requirements What Makes You the Perfect Fit? Academic credentials are a plus, but not essential . We’re on the hunt for individuals with a standout personality and a strategic mindset. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in key account management or a related field , ready to take on bigger challenges. Exceptional communication skills , capable of connecting with a diverse range of people, from front-line staff to C-level executives. Highly organized, quick to grasp new concepts , and always approachable with a positive demeanor. A proactive initiator – passionate, full of innovative ideas, and driven to see them through. Fluent in German and English , with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Proficient in CRM tools , and willing to travel as needed to build and maintain client relationships. Benefits What’s extra?
