Scholarship information
The purpose of the JustCallMoe injury scholarship is to assist with education among those with injuries. It also raises awareness for the challenges that people face in education when they suffer an injury or a debilitating physical condition. JustCallMoe is proud to provide this financial aid for people with injuries and debilitating conditions in hopes of inspiring and encouraging them to continue their educational journey.

Additional criteria:
The scholarship committee will decide the award. Decisions of the scholarship committee are final. Applying doesn’t guarantee that you’ll win. The scholarship is not renewable. You may apply only once each period in which the scholarship is awarded.
You must be a legal resident of the United States to apply.
If you win, you agree to let JustCallMoe use your name and essay in press releases and promotional materials. You further agree to provide a photo for use in media relating to the scholarship award.
The winner will be contacted at the phone number, email or mailing address they provided. If they don’t respond within three days, the award may be given to someone else.
As a condition of receiving the award, you agree to cooperate with JustCallMoe in providing information to finalize your award, including communicating with the college, and providing information and documentation to accept the payment.
Funds must be used to pay tuition and fees at the college you attend.

Application information
To apply for the JustCallMoe injury survivor scholarship, email these materials to the application email address by the application deadline:
– Your full name
– An essay answering the following prompt: How has an injury or debilitating condition impacted you? How has it affected your ability to attend and pay for college?
– Your email, phone number and mailing address
– Any supporting material you’d like us to consider, like transcripts, your community record, recommendations or test scores. You can send anything you’d like us to know or consider
– Name of the college you plan to attend, your program of study and your enrollment date
– The name of your high school and graduation date (or anticipated graduation date)
– For applicants under 18, a signed statement from your parent or guardian allowing you to apply
– You may submit a written or video essay. It must be your own words. It can be any length with no minimum or maximum.
– You may be asked to provide verification of your injury or medical condition, like a medical record or other information that documents your situation. Make sure your contact information is accurate, because we will use it to tell you if you win.
The successful applicant will be college-bound. Any program of study in pursuit of a college degree is eligible.
