Job Description:  

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the MoES funded project under Deep Ocean Mission scheme in the School of Mechanical Engineering (SMEC), at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, (MoES/PAMC/DOM/09/2022(E-12671))

Title of the Project:

“Separation efficiency and Distillate yield enhancement using Advanced technologies in integrated ocean thermal Energy conversion – low temperature thermal desalination”.

Qualification:

M.E/M.Tech/M.S in CAD/CAM, Engineering Design, Thermal Engineering, Energy Engineering or any engineering related fields.

Describe if any:

Sound knowledge in CAD modeling, CFD analysis and MATLAB, Expertise in desalination, energy, and coating technologies.   

Stipend:

Rs. 37,000 + HRA per month (As per norms)

Sponsoring Agency:

Ministry of Earth science, Government of India, New Delhi.
