  • Active support in the maintenance and updating of data of our HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Manage our BGM (company health management) program, organizing various health initiatives, such as vaccinations, sports offerings, to promote employee well-being
  • Preparation of various HR reports and presentations
  • Proactive participation in the organization and execution of our local HR processes such as Performance Management,
  • Talent Review, Salary Review and Bonus Calculations
  • Support in the further digitization and optimization of our HR processes and systems
  • Active participation in exciting HR projects
  • Preparation of contractual and personnel-related documents
  • Ensuring proper and accurate administration of all personnel-related data and documents throughout the entire “Hire-to-Retire” process for the areas assigned to you
  • You will act as a liaison between various stakeholders ensuring coordination and accuracy in HR-related matters
  • First point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries related to employment law and other personnel matters, fostering positive employee relations

Your Profile

  • Completed or ongoing studies with an HR or legal focus, and initial professional experience in an international corporate environment or another commercial educational background with some years of working experience in HR
  • Good knowledge of Austrian labor law
  • Fluent in both English and German, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with stakeholders in a multinational environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects efficiently
  • A strong affinity for technology, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and various HR systems. User knowledge of SAP Success Factors and/or Cornerstone is highly desired
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to effectively manage your tasks even when facing tight deadlines
  • You are a team player with a high level of customer orientation, and you are used to maintain a professional approach when dealing with sensitive data
  • You have a high level of commitment and self-initiative, with a structured, reliable and precise working style
  • You are interested in and pro-actively work on your professional development

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.100,- gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
