Huawei’s Vienna Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.Join us as aJunior HR Generalist – Leased Labor – Vienna (m/f/d)Your mission

• Support COE modules with professional HR policy, process, IT and template(eg. Budget management, recruitment and allocation, performance management, people-job appointment, C Q, talent development, HQ project Subsidy Support, etc.);
• Support daily communication with HQ contact person;
• Support platform HRBP topics and team operations;
• Follow up and archive visa progress of expatriates and reply staff with inquiries;
• Maintain the expatriates’ guidebook, and support the expatriates’ onboarding and offboarding process, and administrate the onboarding experience of expatriates, ensuring a positive start in Austria;
• Support to non-employee management;
• Cooperate with the HR team to support HR team operations

Your areas of expertise

• Initial experience in a similar function and/or completed academic degree, e.g. in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or another related field.;
• Work experience in HR, experience in high-end research environment is advantageous.
• International working experience across different functions and/or countries;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international environment in a Chinese company;
• Fluent in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English, German as a plus;
• Basic knowledge of German labour law or visa issues is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools;
