To enhance our successful Technology Development Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionateJunior Engineer Technology Development (f/m/d)In your role, you will contribute to the advancement of strategic projects, ensuring quality, innovation, and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and safety.Your Responsibilities

• Coordination with project teams and experts in researching, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives
• Alignment with Operations departments to streamline processes
• Participation as a key team member in projects selected from the strategic project portfolio
• Contribution of expertise and insights to enhance projects and efficiently manage assigned work packages
• Collaboration with project leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to research and develop new strategies for pivotal projects
• Maintenance of high quality and performance standards through statistical analysis and testing of products and processes
• Sharing of operational best practices and insights to foster a learning and continuously improving work environment
• Engagement in further educational opportunities to stay at the forefront of industry developments

Your Profile

• Degree from a technical high school (HTL) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, or physics
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams
• First experience in the PCB or semiconductor industry, or knowledge in these areas
• Keen sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the capacity for creative and logical problem-solving
• Proactive team player, ready to embrace new training opportunities and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel
