Junior Community Manager Erasmus Enterprise (Rotterdam, 32 hours per week)

What do you bring?

You are a proactive, flexible personality who enjoys the challenge of improving processes in a dynamic environment, as well as supporting the implementation of processes and their further development. You work in a project-based manner, and you are familiar with the principle of stakeholder management.

By working in a structured way and keeping an overview, you can quickly switch between the various (sometimes ad hoc) activities. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English. Any additional language you master is an advantage.

Job requirements

• A completed education at HBO level (preferably in a commercial direction)
• You have 2 – 3 years of successful related (project management) experience. Starters on the job market are also welcomed to apply.
• You have excellent oral and written presentation skills in English.
• You are precise, flexible and stress resistant.
• You are commercially strong and have good numerical insight.
• You are binding and enterprising, with the ability to switch easily between different environments.
• You are driven – You are committed to creating strong results and you like to over-deliver.
• You are open-minded and spontaneous.
• You have a ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm for challenges and a strong work ethic.
