The Jason R. Carlson Memorial Scholarship was created to provide scholarship support to students from the Queen Creek area attending ASU’s Polytechnic, Tempe, or Downtown campuses.

Additional criteria: 

Recipient must be either a) a permanent resident of the Queen Creek area of Arizona, b) residing in a Queen Creek zip code, or c) a graduate of Queen Creek High School.

Undergraduates recipients must have completed at least 24 credit hours towards a bachelor’s degree prior to receiving this scholarship. Recipients may be from any major field but must be a student at ASU’s Polytechnic Campus, Tempe Campus, or Downtown Campus.

This scholarship requires eligible applicants to demonstrate financial need. In order to determine your eligibility, you must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the scholarship deadline. You may complete the FAFSA at the following link: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ .

This award may be renewable if all scholarship criteria are met. Please keep in mind that selection for awards is competitive and dollar values are subject to available funding. Renewal eligibility and award amounts are not automatic or guaranteed; continuing students must reapply annually by the published scholarship deadline for consideration.
