We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support professional to join our team and take charge of ensuring the seamless operation of IT equipment in both Windows and MacOS environments. You will work alongside our IT Manager and play a pivotal role in diagnosing and resolving issues while providing comprehensive support for applications within the Office 365 Suite. 


IT Service Desktop Support 

  • Provide comprehensive desktop support for both Windows and MacOS environments. 
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for MacOs and Windows systems. 
  • Ensure seamless operation of IT equipment and troubleshoot any related problems. 

Office 365 Suite Support 

  • Troubleshoot and support applications within the Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. 
  • Address user issues and provide timely resolutions. 

Microsoft 365 Admin Center 

  • Create and manage user accounts in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. 
  • Administer and manage licenses for users.  

Microsoft Exchange 365 

  • Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, mail groups, and contacts. 
  • Troubleshoot mail flow issues and provide solutions. 
  • Monitor and report on spam/phishing/malware incidents. 

Device Control with Intune for Windows and MacOS 

  • Enrol and auto-enrol devices using Intune for both Windows and MacOS. 
  • Implement and troubleshoot app deployment policies. 
  • Ensure compliance with configuration policies. 

Microsoft SharePoint 365 

  • Manage user access and site permissions in Microsoft SharePoint 365. 

Azure Identity Protection 

  • Review risk logins in the Azure Identity Protection Portal. 
  • Assess risk levels and take appropriate actions. 

Azure Active Directory 

  • Manage users and groups in Azure Active Directory. 
  • Administer enterprise app management, including single sign-on (SSO) and provisioning. 

Azure 365 Defender 

  • Review incidents, alerts, and email submissions in the Microsoft 365 Defender portal. 
  • Verify devices’ compliance with security policies. 

Microsoft Teams, Zoom 

  • Troubleshoot video call issues in Microsoft Teams and Zoom. 


  • Manage users and provide support for the Slack platform. 


  • Manage users and provide support for the Confluence platform. 


  • Proven experience in IT support roles. 
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. 
  • SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (highly desired). 
  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (highly desired). 

Non-technical Tasks: 

  • Familiarity with Amazon’s shopping portals and similar platforms. 
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and HR teams for payment processing, asset register management, and IT onboarding/offboarding. 
  • Handle logistics-related tasks, including sending and receiving parcels with IT items. 
  • Utilize courier service providers and establish accounts with new providers as needed.
