Job Title: IT Specialist (US Citizen Only)Location: RemoteWe are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualificationsResponsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Perform regular backups and data recovery operations.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
Maintain documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and hardware inventory.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.
Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Federal Experience is a plus.
