Job Title: IT Specialist (US Citizen Only)Location: RemoteWe are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualificationsResponsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Perform regular backups and data recovery operations.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and hardware inventory.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
