| Job Duties | What You’ll Do – Position Duties As a member of our team, you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities: IT Service Desk is seeking undergraduate students to work as Student workers in the Service Desk area of IT. We are looking for intelligent, amicable, and passionate individuals who are adept at problem solving and troubleshooting technology, with a working knowledge of computers, printers, monitor hookups, software and hardware installations. Assist with LamarID PIN resets, LEA password changes, email setup, LEA2Step/DUO Mobile setup and wireless connections on all devices. Assist Students with computer use on lab computers. Ability to guide students on how to print to the lab printers. Ability to install toner, maintenance kits and paper to the lab printers. Ability to diagnose and fix paper jams for lab printers. Provide accurate information to customers regarding request for information or service. |
