Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry and apply today!We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with working experience in eCommerce to organize and coordinate digital ecommerce project/product initiatives. You will provide strategic guidance to product teams and interface with various Product Managers. This position will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will be able to oversee and coordinate different related projects of the program. Main duties include leading sprint ceremonies, managing scope and monitoring progress within IT’s DevOps management tool to ensure achievement of business priorities. Actively monitor, track and manage project tasks, timelines, attainment of milestones and overall quality of project activities and deliverables.Essential Tasks

  • Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning ceremonies and provide capacity planning.
  • Provide guidance and leadership for Story Points estimation.
  • Ensure project user stories and tasks are current and accurate.
  • Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance.
  • Resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing a series of projects of high complexity across multiple departments within a single business unit.
  • Ensures Agile/Scrum/Hybrid processes are implemented effectively ensuring delivery aligns with the program roadmap.
  • Lead the teams through scrum ceremonies ensuring effective time boxed meetings and successful sprint planning.
  • Accountable to facilitate discussions with internal or external team members to resolve impediments and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage projects with small or large cross functional teams (on-shore & off-shore) with external dependencies or 3rd party project team members.
  • Report project and sprint progress to Program Manager, IT leadership and executive level stakeholders using reports/presentations (weekly/monthly status reports, etc…).
  • Report on the completed activities, ongoing activities, risks, upcoming milestones, and decisions (amongst others).
  • Circulate meeting notes to meeting invitees after the meeting highlighting salient decisions and action items.
  • Identify systemic operational issues/risks and resolve them as well as identifying root causes and process improvements.
  • Exhibit a desire to foster an environment of continuous improvement using scrum and project metrics.
  • Work with Program Manager and project/product team to coordinate all aspects of release management, including but not limited to, release planning, impact assessment, change management, and release communication.
  • Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-management, promoting healthy interactions both within the team and with external product owners.
  • Works with product teams to identify redundancies and duplications of efforts across projects and eliminate.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in Scrum Master/Project Management experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce.
  • Preference for Scrum Master/Project Manager experience leading eCommerce Product Teams / Projects in the B2B or B2C space (with diverse onshore/offshore Team composition).
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce system architecture and eCommerce platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management governance, techniques, and methods and frameworks (Scrum, waterfall, etc…).
  • Experience using PPM tools (Sciforma, MS Projects, etc..) and DevOps tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps required.
  • High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Professional communication skills both written and oral.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to focus on short-term and long-term goals simultaneously.
